Terms of Service

1. Introduction

By using MenuWise, you agree to these terms. MenuWise is a product of StatoTech Systems. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

MenuWise provides digital menu creation, QR code generation, and menu hosting for restaurants. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• One restaurant per account on the Free plan
• You must be 18 years or older to create an account

4. Acceptable Use

When using MenuWise, you agree not to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to abuse or circumvent the scan limit system
• Use the platform for non-restaurant purposes
• Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' accounts

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content Ownership

• You own your menu content, including text, images, and prices
• You grant us a licence to display your content to customers who access your menu through QR codes or direct links
• We do not claim ownership of your content

6. Subscription & Billing

• Free plan: no payment required, no credit card needed
• Paid plans: billed monthly
• You can cancel anytime — your menu remains accessible until the end of the billing period

7. Limitation of Liability

• MenuWise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or service interruptions
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon deletion, your restaurant data and menu content will be permanently removed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
